Tracy has a background in nursing and has worked as a lecturer and research fellow across health disciplines in universities throughout Australia. She has a PhD in Psychology and completed a post – doctoral fellowship in implementation science at the University of Sydney (Medicine). She has extensive experience at designing curriculum and professional development programs for the health workforce and a particular interest in inter-professional health education, work integrated learning, implementation science, quality and safety and emotional wellbeing programs.
