Shirley is an Accredited Practising Dietitian in Sydney. After obtaining her qualifications from the University of Sydney, Shirley practiced predominantly in the public sector, both in Singapore and here in Australia. Shirley spent many years in Liverpool Hospital as the Senior Renal Dietitian providing services to inpatient wards and in dialysis units, conducting quality improvement projects and supervising department staff. After 16 years in public service, Shirley now consults privately.
