Tenele is a clinical scientist and higher degree research candidate at the Hunter Medical Research Institute and John Hunter Children’s Hospital, Newcastle. She is currently conducting a program of national studies investigating insulin dosing strategies for dietary fat and protein in people with Type 1 Diabetes using insulin pump and multiple daily injection therapies.
